I have tried many different 'pizza/pasta flours' with varying success over the years and this is the best 'pizza flour' I have ever used. I used to make pizza occasionally and started off buying a couple of 1kg bags, then ten bags per order, but I now make pizza twice a week and have progressed to buying this 15kg bag.The bag comes with a handy access point, which is taped up at one corner. This makes it easy to spoon out some of the flour as required or into a storage container, without having to lift and pour.

Makes the best pizzas

We got a bag of this and a scoop from elsewhere. It sits nicely on the metal shelves in out pantry. Measure out, add water, salt and yeast and the mixer does the work. Without good flour you don't get good pizza. Our only problem was we novices trying to form a base. Very good flour and one day we might grow into learning how to get the best from it.

This arrived with the top of the bag torn and taped back up.Obviously we can't use this now because we don't know what might of possibly contaminated it.I can't contact the seller to return it get a refund.So am not happy with the seller.It's a good brand of pizza flour though, so I do recommend it. Just not from this seller.
