WHILL Model C2 Mobility Power Chair, Full-Size, Transportable, Airline-Friendly, Intelligent Technology with Smartphone App.

I ordered this part that is made out of aluminum locks the seat down on my C2 model on November 5, 2024 and its now November 25 and it still haven't been shipped out from the warehouse, I have called the retailer in the manufacturer and all I get is excuses. I will update when I received the part.

I've had my Whill C2 for 4 months now and love it . I have had a couple of electric wheelchairs but this one is special. Since it doesn't have the front caster wheels it loads on my van ramp easily . My other electric chair when the casters would swivel they would get caught on the sides of the ramp. Sometimes you have to go back then forward to fit on the ramp just right . It was always a struggle for me . Since i got the Whill C2 never a problem plus once inside the van i just pull straight in . Then I transfer to the driver seat . When i get out the Whill can turn around in the area behind the driver seat. It takes a couple of Y turns but it works great . My other electric i'd have to back out onto the ramp and that was real scary. I love the speed and agility of the WHILL . I bought a 2nd battery in case i'm going for a very long day . Haven't had to use it ,but i have it . Would hate to run out of battery power . The controller is so much easier to operate . I had a problem using the joystick type on my other chair . I was always over steering. The controller on the WHILL you use your palm and i have much better control . Whill is much more expensive than others but worth it . Some mobility places that sell them will let you rent them . That way you can try it out before spending a lot of money .

I am rapidly approaching my first decade as a full-time wheelchair user, and this is my favorite of the four chairs I have used. I have used this chair for almost a full year.The compound wheels are fantastic. The chair turns nimbly and goes over 1-2 inch bumps and curbs without a hitch.This chair is just so thoughtfully designed. The front wheels are the frontmost point on the chair so that I do not mark up walls and doors when I run into them. When you turn it on it doesn't make any noise (my first wheelchair with this feature) makes it easy to reposition or sneek out of a meeting without making a lot of noise. This chair is faster than two of my previous chairs.This chair is rugged. I've taken it on several plane flights without a hitch. I hit a curbe wrong and flipped it over into about 8 inches of water once. I had to take the controller apart to dry it out and clean off the sewer gunk -- but the wheelchair kept going.Cannot say how much I love this chair.
