Every piece in this set (except for the stapler) is great. I think because the stapler is made of mostly acrylic, it's not heavy enough to fully secure the staple into the pages. Even if it's just two pages. Also, although the set is gold and clear acrylic, the staples are silver. I ended up buying a different stapler, but the rest of the set is fabulous. The metal piece in the tape dispenser is heavy and keeps the tape in place.

This set brings a bright flare to my office. Its sturdy and ergonomic. I haven't used the scissors because I cannot bring pointed objects where I work for safety but they look beautiful.

The stapler came delivered broken and is hard to staple, I have to apply more force than my previous stapler and the staples don't quite close all the way. The scissors don't cut very well. The set is aesthetically pleasing.
