GREAT CHLORINE DISPENSER
I bought this dispenser as I had a bucket of 1" chlorine tablets left over from a previous dispenser that I had thrown out. So I decided to purchase this little duck for my pond so that I could use the tablets. It has worked great! It holds about 10 tablets (1" each) and it floats so nicely on my pond (which I keep chlorinated). It is the cutest dispenser ever!!! I can see it floating and moving around the pond from the kitchen window and I always chuckle because it looks so cute with those sunglasses on. Very happy with this purchase.

Hot tub buddy
Although he tends to want to hang out wherever I'm sitting in the hot tub, it works great. I banish him to the filter area where he is penned in. He's not happy, but at least he's not bumping into me while I'm trying to enjoy the jets. He was much larger than I expected, which was great since I don't like to handle the bromine tablets very often. The plastic was good quality and thick. I've had him about 5 months and his glasses are starting to wear off, but perfect otherwise.

Does the job, does tip and jam in the filter window
Its easy to load and regulate the flow (you pick how many holes by twisting the bottom ring. Seems like it could hold too much for a hot tub and plenty for a pool. The reason it tips after a while is that the bottom of the duck has a hole. Since the duck is hollow it can fill with water and the duck's center of gravity is not the center of the tube (it's a fat little thing). So it may stay balanced until it sucked into the skimmer/filter and held under water.Quick tip for empting the water, blow a little air into the hole, holding the duck overhead so water covers the hole still, this push air bubbles up (and sounds way dirtier than it really is). This pressurizes the air in the duck and forces the water out better than squeezing or shaking.

They are smaller than expected BUT.....
OMG! They are soooo cute. They will make a perfect little duckie family with my larger one. These take smaller tabs but the flow is adjustable from one hole to five. Off to the pool store to get them their own chlorine tabs.

Love it, works great!
Add a few yard rocks if he wont float upright... no biggie. We use this in our hot tub so we dont need the big heavy chlorine tablets and when broken down they dont weight very much so we improvised with a few yard rocks and he floats perfectly. Love it!

Cute though
Didn't last long in the spa. Even when spa was covered mist the time. Faded even broke at bottom. Cute though
