Gentle but effective sleep aid!

I’ve had poor sleep for quite some time but have taken two tablets every evening, a couple of hours before lights out, for a few months (for reference, I’m a 140 lb woman in my late 60s). I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years. The product has a gentle yet profound effect. I tried this particular one bc the label states that it’s organically sourced, and lab-tested (hopefully for purity?}. I tried chamomile tea first which gave a similar sleep but too many nature calls overnight. But if you wanted to check chamomile on the cheap first, get some Sleepytime tea. Best luck!

I have a tea that helps me wind down to sleep but wanted to try the more convenient capsules.I didn’t notice it helping but had to stop after three nights because I woke up with a really sore throat and runny nose in the mornings only, and only the mornings after taking the capsule. Could have been a coincidence, but since it wasn’t helping as well as the tea, I gave the capsules away rather than risk more mornings with sore throats.

This product does a great job of soothing my tummy troubles and helping me relax.
