the product was as advertised. very good quality photo. The only issue was the packaging. They said the poster would be shipped in a tube. It is actually shipped in a cardboard 'triangle' with the poster placed inside. The package was bent on it's delivery route as it is not very sturdy, and as a result, the poster was damaged. Obviously, it was not damaged when packed, but using a more sufficient round tube would have prevented any damage to the poster. cannot get the creases out of the poster so it does not sit flat in the frame. would have been five stars otherwise. Distributor needs to use better packaging materials as posters are subject to damage with little difficulty during shipping process.
