Cute. Probably can't wear it in both directions, though. The rhinestone button in back is cute, but the gap is large and might be a deal breaker for some.There was a gap around the neck, as well. The actual length is ~15".

Came nicely, packaged and protected. The rhinestone button is a nice touch. I like that. The ruffle has some substance to it and will hide a wider neck opening. This is not some thing I would ever throw in a washer. It seems as if this would be best hand washed and hung to dry. Would definitely purchase again.

The string that goes around the button came apart from one side, on my first attempt to wear this.Material is soft and the button is pretty. Wish I could've worn it.

This Shinywear Decorative Lace Collar looks great as part of a Ruth Bader Ginsburg costume and the quality is very good.It is made of pleated, cotton, eyelet, lace attached to a lace-covered, neckband. The neckband has a single, faux-crystal, button closure with elastic loop. The lace is 3" deep, the neck band is 1" wide and 17" long. There is no care label but I believe it could be hand washed and dried flat if necessary.The pleated lace is of very nice quality and channels Ruth Bader Ginsburg's style beautifully.

This doesn’t look like much, but a top the right dress, or blouse…wow. It makes the outfit(costume). Easy to put on, fit all, good quality, great price

i got this for my alter ego, a sexy little bimbo clown. it’s perfect, not much else i can say. it doesn’t choke me out like a lot of other stuff does, which is good because i do not have a dainty little snappable neck like a lot of other people. beefy neck FRIENDLY !!!
