Definitely does what it is intended to do. I have great energy for my workouts plus there are not a million different ingredients like some other pre workouts. For me, Ive tasted some pretty nasty tasting pre workouts and this is not one of them. But like anything else, the taste gets old after a while and thats usually by the end of the tub so just purchase a different flavor. All in all a very solid pre workout that I plan on purchasing again.

I like this pre-workout as a change but will NOT say it is the best I have used.PROs:-Transparent and easy to read label-Decent flavor (7/10 for green apple)-Mixes well-3g fiberCONs:Many ingredients are at a decent but not OPTIMAL dose...-Betaine anhydrous 2g (3g is optimal dose)-Caffeine is only 150mg (most pre-workouts have 250-350mg)-Beta Alanine 2g (>3.2g is optimal dose)-L-Citrulline 3g (6-8g is optimal dose)-8g carbs --> 30 cals (most have <10 cal)Overall, I think this is a decent pre-workout for the price but by no means one for an experienced gym rat with high caffeine tolerance. When I use it, I like to add some extra ingredients (beta alanine, caffeine, betaine, agmatine) to augment its potency. When doing this, I enjoy it and get great pumps. I think this would make a great pre-workout for a beginner, female lifter, or somebody with low stimulant tolerance. Otherwise, look elsewhere!

For full disclosure I'm not caffeine sensitive, I can drink soda and not feel a thing, mostly the same with espresso and the like. That being said, this puts a decent pep in my step. It made me rather itchy and feel hot in my face/scalp/shoulders, which is usual with pre-workouts but this was more than I was expecting. The taste isn't amazing, I got Sour Apple and it's tolerable, you'll definitely want to wash it out before reusing your container for water. All in all, for the money, this isn't bad at all. I think it's worth it but I'll try a another flavor when I cycle this back. 4 stars for taste not being amazing, it also expires the same month I received it, which is fine since it's a month's supply but a little wiggle room would be nice.

Didn't work, I felt no change!!

I got this on a lighting deal, but was sad to see the best by date was 7-2017 and I got it 6-15-2017. So I don't know if it was the age or just the product, but I got more energy from a cup of coffee than what I got from this pre-workout powder. I would have given only one star, but the age of the product might have effected the product.

Delicious and effective. Will buy again.

I've tried numerous pre workouts, this one tastes aweful and is one of the few that give my this tingly itchy feeling all over my body. I started to use this one before work only (I'm night shift). It does give you some energy though, and the price is great.

Works great, great price, a little high in carbs but not too bad.
