Q: Does this have a gender prediction feature?

There’s no way to predict gender in this way. Gender is set by the sperm that’s because only men have both an x and y genes to pass on. XX female and XY male. We normally only get one gene from each parent. Any product that claims it can predict gender based off temperature or pulse is a scam. There are some urine tests that can help predict but an ultrasound is the most accurate method of gender prediction.
