Emeril Lagasse 12 Piece Nonstick Cookware Set, Hard Anodized, Dishwasher safe, Gray, Assorted

This pan is wonderful. It is a great size, perfect for frying an egg or a grilled cheese sandwich. It is very sturdy and has a good weight to it. The handle is sturdy and seems to stay cool to the touch. I would caution using metal on it or just throwing it in the sink with any metal objects or silverware so it doesn't get damaged. When we first received the pan we had to send it back as it was gouged and you could see where the silver non-stick coating was actually scraped off the metal pan. It cleans easily enough and can go in the dishwasher which is always a plus to this busy mom.

We were in need of a new one quart nonstick saucepan. Considering we needed a saucepan that would hold up to daily use, I found Emeril Lagasse' one quart saucepan on Amazon that fit the bill. I have been using this saucepan everyday since we bought it and I have to say we our really impressed with the quality and durability of it. It heats up evenly, sauces don't stick, and the best part is that it can go in the dishwasher without ruining the finish. The glass lid is an added bonus. When this pan arrived, I couldn't wait to try it out. Started on the day it arrived, and now I find that I'm using it almost every day, sometimes more than once per day !! Absolutely love it !! The cooking is perfect !! Excellent heat distribution, awesome browning, stovetop and oven (pan and lid), and super easy clean-up! I can make nearly everything in this pan. You will not be disappointed !!

Fabulous 8” skillet. This is our 2nd Emeril 8” skillet (we wore the old one out after over 10 yrs of great use). We are so glad he has continued to make this size, shape, and weight. The non-stick surface has changed but for the better. We use the pan for everything from frying eggs, sautéing mushrooms to grilling our tortillas to make enchiladas. Emeril has put his name on a great product. We hope he’ll always keep it in his line.

Let me start with that I absolutely do love these pans. I have had my own set for over a year and bought another as a gift for my parents who also enjoy them. They heat pretty evenly, are pretty darn non-stick and clean up quick. My only complaint is that they do eventually get scratched up...and yes, I only use non-metal spatulas. Stacking, washing, etc. have led to scratchea but it still works great. I plan on keeping these in use for a long time.

This my go to pan now. I donated two similar skillets to the thrift store after using this pan. This is a sturdy, very well built skillet. Perfect for my kitchen. Amazing is the closing statement here. I did purchase a 13” splatter screen and it fits perfectly for those higher heat frying situations. You won’t be disappointed. Just take good care of it and it will last forever. Remember, wood or nylon utensils only. I hand was mine but have had it a in the dishwasher a number of times. Still looks and performs like new.

I have an older set of Emeril's stainless steel pots and pans that I love and they will probably last forever. Additionally, I have a couple other nonstick pans by Emeril, so I ordered this pan because I thought since it had Emeril's name on it that it would be good quality. I guess I should say the overall quality is actually ok, but the bottom of this pan is very slick on my gas stove. You cannot stir anything in this pan without holding on to the handle because the pan will slide right off the stove. Even with the weight of food in this pan, the bottom is so slick it slides all over with the slightest touch. This could be a very dangerous situation if a child bumped this pan, or an adult, because this pan is going to be gone to the floor. The pan's overall construction is good, but it needs some kind of weighted bottom or some other type of bottom to keep it safe on the stove's burner. I would hope Emeril's line could produce another 2 quart non-stick pan with lid that would be heavier and safer. A 2 quart nonstick pan is my favorite "go to" pan in the kitchen.

This is the best pan I have ever owned. I have several Scan Pans which are very nice and a top of the line William Sonoma pan and they are not as nice. The high edges on the pan are great to stir stuff and the pan is easily cleaned to its original brand new condition after cooking. It is hefty but I don't use the cover for my cooking. It lays perfectly flat on my electric stove top but I did notice that the center is slightly higher so with a small amount of oil in the pan it tends to run to sides once heated. Easy to over compensate. I highly recommend this pan! And I will probably buy some other pieces from that collection soon.
