Q: are these hard plastic or soft?

They are soft and look real. I used them for a forensic crime scene. They look and feel realistic. I would buy these again.

Q: Does anyone know if these float in water?

So super creepy because a year later, I am working with these right now. No. They won’t float. They’re fairly heavy actually. And far more monochrome red than they look in the picture.
