The banner came with a very long string and the ability to be able to move the letters to customize the banner for your area. It’s a nice sturdy banner but also light enough that we were able to hang it up with scotch tape. I used the balloons to make an balloon garland instead and it came out okay for my first time ever making one. Everyone loved the theme and thought the decorations were so cute.
