I will never purchase these Forksolin pills again. They caused me to have major side effects. I felt weird while taking them. I took them an hour and half before I took any other meds. They made me have a hazy feeling, I became dizzy, they made me feel sick, and I had low energy, they made my acid reflux worse, gave me horrible constipation, horrible stomach cramps, horrible gas, I was passing gas all day didn't know when it was going to come out. So I had to avoid people as much as possible. Didn't dear have any long conversations. I had stiff neck with pain that went upward towards the back of my head. So I couldn't take the side effects anymore so I stopped after taking them for 3 days. There wasn't no weight loss at that time really nothing good happen for me after starting these Forksolin pills. So I now I have a supplement I can't use and money down the drain.
