Love the door plate that comes with this lever! In a time when all decor is so minimalistic and modern, I love that there's a little bit of flair and finesse when it comes to my front door. I have it paired with a Yale assure smart lock which looks very minimalistic and high tech (obviously), but the Camelot door lever still goes together well with it. Color matched too for the satin nickel finish.installation was very straightforward. I did need to flip the levers around to get the "wave" in the optimal position. You use the pin tool they provide to release the handles and then you simply pull them off.

This is a very solid and substantial piece of hardware. We are very pleased with the quality and how well it works. It is just perfect for our needs.

I bought a condo next to mine to put my Mom in as she's now 94 and still on her own. The door locks and handles were from the 1980s and were not easy for her to use. This 'coded' entry is perfect. It was easy to install and easy to program. Plus it's much easier for her to use rather than fumble with keys in the dark and try to turn a smaller doorknob which is hard for her to grip. One tip: be sure to check the size of opening of your deadbolt/lock - mine was an older style opening (1 3/4") -- the newer models all use the new standard hole size of 2 1/8" - - so you'll have to drill out a larger opening if yours is the older deadbolt size - since my door was thick 80s steel clad I had to get someone with a good drill and bit to drill the larger hole. Once that was completed it was a snap to get this installed. Note, the matching door handle (ordered separately) had no problems going in the older hole. Bonus: this comes in a beautiful brushed nickel finish with a protective coating and it looks great coupled with the matching Schlage handle. Levers are most needed for older folks given mobility and dexterity issues. Highly Recommended.
