This is not as heavy as the 160 GSM, but not too thin to have much ghosting and bleeding when using 100 GSM.

This is the best journal I’ve had and I have used a lot of different ones since bullet journaling for like ten years. This one is amazing. It’s comes with a ruler that spilts the pages into half, thirds, and up to six and I love its both horizontal and vertical. The paper is thic and doesn’t bleed unless you are using like heavy marker. The pocket in the back is nice for a few small things but doesn’t hold much. The pen holder on the side doesn’t hold all different sizes of pens so like even the pen that comes with the journal doesn’t stay in because it’s too small but that’s okay I just put a different pen in it.

I spent a lot of time searching for a notebook that I could use as a morning pages journal to bring more creativity to my writing and thinking, which for the past few years has been entirely digital. This one has the perfect combination of paper size, quality, dotted and numbered pages, etc. Now that I've been using this notebook for the past month, I am totally hooked. The 120 gsm paper feels luxurious. The notebook itself is extremely well constructed, yet still lays flat when opened. The vegan cover feels wonderful to the touch. I find myself turning to this beautiful notebook throughout the day and evening when I need time to think more clearly about what I'm attempting to write or solve or decide. What a great thinking companion!
