Check where it is coming from, voltage and frequency
Great product but check where it is sourced from. Mine arrived and was from the US so 60Hz and 110V so no good for use in the UK. Eventually got one from Juicers.UK cheaper and with additional gifts.

Breaks easily- poor customer service
We bought two of these. Both broke. I had to fight like mad for them to agree to send a replacement part for the second one because I neglected to take a photo of the damaged piece prior to discarding. Out of stock for six months. Buy another brand.

Awesome juicer until the drum feed chute broke
First off, this is an awesome juicer. Used daily, the juice was relatively pulp free. The machine was easy to use and clean. Everything was perfect until that one morning while juicing beets the drum feeder -end cap connection broke.I contacted Omega. They were super responsive, asked for purchase proof, serial number and images of broken part. Then it was crickets...nada.I'm like whatever...let me find the part online so we can get back juicing. I ordered the part online. Couple day shipping, part arrives but it's slightly different. The end cap doesn't fit and the plunger hole is round Vs oblong. No worries, I messed up, ordered the wrong part. Go back online to look at parts. The part is not available.I understand supply chain issues, am not putting fault on Omega. I'm just bummed out. Now, I'm back to exploring options...wait for the part or buy another juicer.Getting back to the machine itself. We juiced veggies, both hard and leafy, many different fruits. The end product was excellent. Would I recommend the Omega 365? Yes, absolutely.

Inner components weak
Bought this for my wife and the inner component broke in about a month .

is not worth the money I pay for it ,it leaves a lot juice in the peels/garbage.
Is not worth the money you pay for it . before you used this Juice Extractor need to think how much money will throw in the garbage, it leaves a lot juice in the peels.I wish I still had the receipt so I can returned and get my $$ back. ):
