Lincoln Electric XLR P100 Half Mask Respirator - Large

This absolutely saves your lungs. Fits very well in a welding hood too! Bought it and will never not use it. Comfort fits so well and it rather cost effective!

I weld for a living and this mask is the most comfortable one I own. Perfect size for under the hood. Definitely stops you from having all that black stuff inside your nose at the end of the day. Great for the allergies to. Not suitable for heavy odors from chemicals.

These are less expensive to buy than other brands and are just as good if not better.

I don’t usually leave reviews but since this is PPE I felt like I have to. Ive had the respirator about 2 weeks now used everyday. I think the filters dont do a great job of filtering the weld fumes. I work doing stainless and other alloys. I weld TIG MIG and Flux. I’ve noticed still getting a strong smell welding these metals that I don’t get when I used my 3M half mask respirator. Other issues I’ve had are with the fit. While I do get a good seal, the mask is small for a large. The chin part is oddly up the chin and recently tore. The respirator also presses against the nose which makes it uncomfortable. It also has a large plastic piece that comes straight out of the valve and pokes my face while I wear it. The last thing is that it barely fits in my welding helmet which is the viking 3350. The plastic covers on the filters make it very stiff under the hood even pulled out to a 4. Overall just disappointed in the respirator. Just my experience and since its ppe I felt compelled to share.

Im a large head and bought the large size and it work great. I also have a Lincoln welding mask so it did not interfere with my welding. The cartridges are a little hard to install because it feels like you are going to break the mask trying to twist them on but it worked and no issues with the mask.

Bought this for my son who’s learning to weld. He’s happy with the fit and I know he’s protected

maybe its just me but i kinda smell thru the mask, fits under welding helmet perfectly(harbor freight titanium)

Very disappointed. I am not a regular welder and purchased this to PPE my one set of lungs. I am not a big guy, but bought a large which fit well with plenty of strap left and didn’t interfere with my helmet. But after about 2 uses, the head strap tore near the nose piece. I tried to find a replacement head strap, but the only option is to replace the entire unit. $21 a use is not acceptable. Given the amount of time I had it, I am unable to return or refund. Not a happy camper. I am fine with other Lincoln products I have purchased over the years, but if you are going to sell something this fragile at least offer replacement parts. The nose part unscrews easy enough to replace it.
