Great for general and precision use
Well balanced handle, no-fuss blade change, thicker/stronger spine than Xacto's, easily my favorite razor knife. Have used it to cut rigid foam insulation, and as a marking knife for cutting wood. Hard to explain what a fantastic tool this is, easy to appreciate it once you cut something. Feels like something a surgeon might appreciate, very stable, accurate pointed tip. Blades seem to last a good while, although a box of 50 is only around twenty bucks so am not too concerned with stretching them out. I bought the fixed-handle SM00 since some said the retractable didn't work well. I may buy a retractable too just to check it out. Probably the only negative I can think of - the blade is always exposed. Highly recommended.

Clean Cut and Solid
I’ve used the first blade to cut numerous materials. I marked wood, cut cardboard, packing tape, twine, plastic, etc. This tool seems to be made well and crafted from quality materials. The blades that came with it were a tad thicker than I expected but they hold an edge well and are extremely sharp. Let me say that again, they are sharp. This knife is just as it appears in the product pictures. No frills. A handle and a few blades. Changing blades is easy enough and I think it will be a quality tool for years to come. It does exactly what it should...It cuts.Cons:As I said before it is super sharp. There is nothing covering the blade. This could be a safety issue. Then again, you are buying a stick with a blade on the end... I wouldn’t describe the handle as ergonomic in any way. However, it is easy enough to hold, easy to apply pressure and I have been able to make some very precise cuts with it.Pros:Everything else. Happy cutting

Good sturdy marking knife
Nice sturdy knife for getting in those tight spaces to mark the pins for dovetails. Bevel on both sides means you can mark either side.

Good knife, well made
Nice knife. Gave it 4 stars because I'm not totally comfortable with it as a marking knife....personal preference. Well made and I do use it a lot to mark dovetails. Just don't feel completely comfortable using it with a square.

I use it for so much more than just marking lines for dovetails
I prefer a round profile, but the flattish profile is not problematic for gripping. Most marking knives are too fat for my preferences, so this handle is actually more comfortable and easier to control than most others, at least for me. The blades are a delight: imagine X-Acto blades, but heavier duty, and possibly longer and sharper. The long profile reaches deeply into corners. Replacement blades are reasonably priced, especially since the blades retain their edge for a long time.I've found that I use this knife for all kinds of tasks, not just woodworking. I have lots of knives, but this is my go to cutter.

What a great marking knife!
I use this as a marking knife for woodworking. The blades are stiff enough that they don't bend or deflect. The handle holds the blades with no wiggle or wobble. The blades keep a sharp edge. Even though the blades are replaceable they can be sharpened on small stones.

Good Buy
These are comfortable and a good price. A small nit to pick.... five extra blades sounds like there is a blade with the handle and five others. Nope, five in all. Still a very good buy that I've made three times.

I have grown dependent on this knife
I use this knife with my wood working for a number of different task but primarily for marking the wood for the cuts I need to make with my saw. It is also handy for cutting the painters tape I use for temporary clamps and protecting my miter joints from glue. I had lost a previous knife and thought I could use a similar tool but quickly learned that I had grown dependent on the reliability of this tool. In fact this knife has out performed my previous knife despite the fact they were similar construction. The only difference of note was the previous knife had a retractable blade.
