we really like new theater seats, so comfy and perfect!!. neatly packed and easy to put together !!. So far we're loving it. I highly recommend them.

Love the seats, the soundshaker accessory is amazing. The only two issues I had with them follows... one seat had an issue with the sound shaker sub not working. It was a simple fix but you would think Seatcraft QA would have caught the molex connector was pinched under the white box in the back of the seat... it was my back row center seat in my theater so I had to tip it up & over to see if I had to disassemble the seat or if it could be pulled loose without taking the white box out... a slight directional nudge with a screwdriver dislodged it and connect the two molex connectors and it was up and running as it should. The 2nd issue was with shipping... The 1st shipping notice I was given said delivery on a Tuesday 8am to 5pm... waited til 430pm that day... nobody showed. Called to figure out what happened... oh the truck is stuck in an ice storm in IL... call back at 8am tomorrow to see if the vehicle moved overnight... I did so, the truck is in your town at the freight handling facility. Talked to delivery coordinator and it would be delivered between noon & 2pm Wed... we will cal 30 min before we arrive... no call by 2, 3, 4... called back... person stated we never scheduled a delivery for your items today, we will call you back at 8am tomorrow to schedule... Thursday morning I had no calls by 0930 so I called them... Dave, the guy I scheduled with Wednesday apologized for the mix up... he had a driver call in sick Wed so he went out with the Wednesday morning deliveries. The guys that do afternoon deliveries didn't read his notes to deliver my seats so that was the mix up.. my seats finially arrived Thursday morning at 1045am... one box had external damage but everything inside was fine! I love the seats but the shipping was a bit of a challenge...

We love our new theater seat they are so comfy and perfect!! Everyone has said how comfy there are. Easy to put together! Easy delivery! Everything was great with this purchase. I highly recommend them!!

Overall I would give the chairs an average score. They look really nice and the material has held up well so far. Unfortunately they’re not the most comfortable chairs. Very minimal lower lumbar support, the head padding is way to large and makes your neck very uncomfortable. The material is very slick so you slide a lot and have to constantly bring yourself higher back up on the chair if you’re in the reclined position.

I am using these in my living room instead of a couch and these chairs are very comfortable. I can sit in a proper position and do some light typing on my laptop with the provided laptop holder like stands that fit into the arm rests. The arm rests have hidden storage and can hold a lot of items. I have not tested the sound blaster yet, but everything else has been working very good.The delivery was on time and the delivery person called 30 minutes before arrival and was on time. I was impressed with the packaging of these chairs. They were all in big boxes which had enough protection to protect from dings and the boxes were covered in cling wrap to prevent any water damage. I did not opt for white glove delivery. I was able to move all the chairs from the driveway to my living room with my wife's help and putting these chairs together was a breeze. I was all done in around 60 minutes from unwrapping, moving the stuff inside to assembling and throwing away the packing material.

We LOVE these seats! We were starting our first home theater and didn't want to break the bank and these seats are totally worth it! They are great quality,comfortable and very easy to assemble!

Great product and great communication from the seller. Shipping wasn’t good but the seller tried to communicate with them too. Well with the extra couple weeks we waited for them to arrive. Nice product
