Purchased the pan after the review that it is 5 to 6 inches deep but the actual thing is maybe 4 inches and the cooking area inside is maybe 1.5 inches deep.

Yes my control does have a off or min setting doesn’t to fit right ?

Save your money this is low quality and heat fluctuates even on the lowest setting gets really hot and shuts off
