The water spraying mechanism stopped working with in 4 months. And there is no support from eureka Forbes in major city like Bangalore. Technician and parts both are not available. Don’t be fooled by their water purifier service, water purifier technicians are different. Still waiting for the technician to be made available it’s been more than a 45days and yet no one is available. Update: eureka Forbes replaced the water spraying mechanism now the connector that connects the water bottle to the machine broke.Motor also stopped working the product is still in warranty. It’s been over 3 months since I am following up with eureka Forbes. They don’t have spare parts available so will not fix the motor. No point of the warranty.

Excellent for tiled floors. Brilliant design.Spare parts are unavailable. I damaged the machine 60 days ago and the service team is hardly competent. Unfortunate fot a great product.

It does a decent job of cleaning. But definitely not as good as advertised. The company insists on using their liquid yet they make it difficult to purchase. Overall, a little underwhelmed.

Mops well but a bit heavy on hands while operating, restricted reach under beds and furniture, noisy...Plastic parts cheap and brittle Chinese stuff...replacements costly and not readily available...requires a lot of follow up...warranty covers only motor rest all plastics not covered😕

Very Very Poor quality product. No service. Spare parts are not available at Service Center. Don't buy this product. Price is too high.

We have been using this product for over 1.5 years now. Primary requirement was for heavy duty floor cleaning since we have 2 big dogs.The machine does a excellent job of cleaning the floor. The floor feels spectacular after each use.Make sure you clean the HEPA filter after every use to ensure effective cleaning.We use a third party low foaming detergent which hasn't caused any problems with the machine.I agree with the other reviews where spare parts can take some time to be delivered. But I have received spares like roller brushes, and HEPA filter in about 2 weeks.Another added advantage is that the machine is wired, that way I don't have to worry about charging it half way through cleaning.It is hands down the best floor cleaner I have used.

I have suggested to Purchased the machine Eureka forbes mop and Vac machine for 24k initial it was good after 2 months it got blocked continuously and I asked service support them have sent service executive which he has 0 knowledge about the product my problem was there continuously and the Waste collect tank was Broken when it was cleaning and I requested them to Get me the item no response from company and I kept it aside it's been 1.5 year am not using the product worst service from and care less behavior from the Eureka forbes if we call now for parts replace they will suggesting me to exchange the product and buy new which is not used only they will take it for 2 or 3 k itseams this Eureka forbes will nicely cheat the customer and they will not give small support after sales is done,This frauds executive will only look for initial sales after they won't give and help or support blady Fraud company
