100% worth it, wiring instructions included here:
Okay, here’s the skinny on this chandelier: first off, the finished product is beautiful. It is good quality and the crystals are real glass, not acrylic. I’m extremely pleased with its size and appearance. Here are the not-necessarily ‘downsides’ of it, but issues you should be aware of BEFORE you purchase this…The reason it is half the price of similar quality competitors chandeliers is because it is COMPLETELY disassembled. I mean, electrical-wire-in-a-baggie-stuffed-in-the-box level of disassembled. The wiring instructions are not included. The only instructions are what lettered bag of crystals hangs on which part AFTER it’s assembled. They include a YouTube video link to help with the wiring but it’s minimally helpful. Here’s how you do it: look closely at the piece of clear wiring they provide and you will see or feel that there is a small notch on one side of it. That notched half of the wire is the neutral wire. Notched: neutral. Smooth: live. You’ll need that information when you install it in your ceiling. After you bolt all of the arms in place and they each have two fine wires hanging out, grab ONE wire from each arm and tape them together with a piece of electrical tape to keep them contained, (don’t tape over the exposed ends, you’ll need those in a minute). Then gather the remaining wire from each arm together and tape them together. Now, split the main wire they provided a couple of inches (after you’ve pushed it down through the body of the fixture) and use the provided wiring caps to join one arm wire bundle to one side of the main wire, and the second bundle to the other half of the wire. It doesn’t matter which one is which at this point. This is the part it looks like most people have struggled with. If you watch the YouTube vid they recommend, it will give a visual to what the finished wiring should look like. Then you carefully replace the base of the chandelier and the hardest part is done.At this point I recommend you install the fixture where you want it to go permanently and test it to ensure you’ve wired it correctly and it actually works and the chain is the right length (you can adjust it shorter) BEFORE you put all the crystals on it. It is extremely heavy, awkward, and delicate once the fine-wired crystals are all hung.I’ve never had to wire anything up before, and I managed to figure out how to properly wire it AND I converted it into a plug-in fixture for my specific needs, so I believe anyone, just about, could figure it out. Hopefully my write up helps. As far as some of the complaints I’ve seen about quality or not providing enough material to do it correctly, that was not my experience at all. They provide exactly the right sized piece of main wire to do it correctly. I also recommend weaving the wire in and out of the chain for a neater appearance so you don’t have loose wire outside of the chain. The wire is transparent and blends right into the chain. The little metal rings that connect all the crystal pieces are very delicate but totally fine for their purpose. They are more than strong enough to hold it all together beautifully. Are people wanting to swing off the thing?? They are thin so they blend in, thicker wire would be much more noticeable and would detract from the overall beauty of the fixture. As far as difficulty of assembly, I think the rating of 6/10 is probably appropriate. But, hopefully my run-through will make it a little easier for the next person. It took me about an hour to wire it up, and another couple of hours to place all the crystals. Not too bad, I’d 100% do it again for the price, quality, and appearance.I got mine for my enclosed chook palace, because my poultry thinks it’s fancy af. Don’t be put off by this fixture, it’s gorgeous…

Jewelry for the kitchen!
This is my favorite chandelier! Remodel - we purchased this 10 light model for our kitchen & a more expensive & larger model from a different manufacturer for our dining room. This one is much nicer & simply gorgeous!!! The crystals are very nice quality, looks more expensive than the cost.A word of advice- it requires intricate & time consuming install - you will need to wire & assemble every minute detail- probably contributing to the affordability. The finished piece is worth the poor instructions & hassle. Definitely recommend!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I'm going cliche here and say if I could give this 0 stars I would. The chandelier is junky, the pieces are scrambled, missing and the directions are very poor. I requested a refund from the seller, got my return label, showed up to thr UPS store where they informed me the seller was trying to charge me to ship the item back. Get this, FOR MORE THAN WHAT THE ITEM IS WORTH!!! The UPS advisor was nice enough to tell me he had a similar problem and usually if you contact the seller they'll give you a return label you don't have to pay for. Upon doing so the seller claimed to have sent me the label but I never got it. At this point they offered me $50 back and shipment of the missing piece after I stated I had to go to lowes and buy anothef chandelier and couldn't wait. I never got the label after they claimed to have sent me one, wouldn't answer my messages for hours and sometimes days later. The actual chandelier crystals are more like plastic and have such a cheap feeling. Most of them are held on my thin ring holders that are broken or will break when you need to attach them. DO NOT BUY. POOR QUALITY OF GOODS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I didn't already have this thing boxed up to send back I'd submit photos, but its a pure pain to take apart and I'm ready to throw it in the trash. Dont wase your money.

FAbulous, but allow time to assemble and install, take it slow and don't omit steps
This chandelier is beautiful and looks like you paid $800-900. I bought it to install in my 22 foot ceiling stairwell from the first to the second floor of my home. The stairwell adjoins a hallway that is open to an open concept living room and kitchen. Since it is wider than tall, it would be a good choice for a 9 ft or taller ceiling since that would leave about 6 1/2 foot clearance. I would not advise it for an 8 foot ceiling -- it's too large. I did have to buy a longer chain and wire since I have very high ceilings and the chandelier was not visible from the foot of the stairs in the downstairs with the length that came with it. It does come in what seems like zillions of pieces, but if you watch the video on YouTube before you start opening the package you can just lay out and check off the pieces the way the man on the video does and then follow what he does. I got it right the first time! In my case installation was a little troublesome since I had to use the wire and chain that I bought separately, but it was more fiddly than difficult. I would definitely allow about two to three hours to do the entire assembly and installation, but that is a small price to pay for a gorgeous chandelier that looks fabulous.

Very pretty for the price
Great chandelier. The legs was easy to assemble however I had to watch several different youtube videos to figure out how to install with my existing into the ceiling. The metal-like cap felt flimsy. And the metal circular bar for ceiling mount was slightly bent which made the install not flush to ceiling. To resolved I hammer what I could but had to buy new pieces since the wiring couldnt fit through the designated holes in circular bar for ceiling mount into my ceiling electrical light box. I which the chain didn't look cheap. I intend to make a new sleave to cover the chain.
