Runs Fedora Linux Well
Hardware wise, I was going to be happy pretty much no matter what. I had something specific in mind with software; however. I wanted a laptop to run Linux on; which is sometimes difficult with certain graphics cards, wireless chips, etc. So, my review is more information about how replacement of windows works.I was looking for a 2 in 1 to run Linux on. I installed Fedora 28 (Gnome) and almost everything works out of the box. Install took less than a half hour. The wifi chip that Acer uses has good support from the kernel with no non-free driver installation required. Boot required legacy mode (no secure boot); but, Acer allows you to disable in BIOS menu.Screen rotation is lacking, but stylus works. Front camera works (back camera doesn't).I've been using Linux on my laptops for 10 years now; and Acer's hardware configuration is, in my experience, always supported out of the box.

Good protection for the Asus
This case for my laptop/tablet is awesome. It’s quality material that is plenty durable. The inside is a soft shade that protects the laptop from scratches or any other blemishes. The keyboard fits nicely inside and it also has a stylus or pen holder. The case allows the computer to stand since it hides the built in stand on the laptop which is nice for sitting and working on papers. With not many choices out there for the Asus 12 I highly recommmend this buy.

A good case, more so if you have the keyboard installed
Fits the acer switch alpha 12 fairly well, HOWEVER it is REALLY intended to be used with the keyboard installed as there is just a bit too much 'slop' in it w/o the keyboard for my tastes. It still works as a case fine, it's just that it's obviously not going to be a 'tight' fit w/o the keyboard installed. Uses a friction stand type of setup for viewing angles and that actually worked fairly well for me HOWEVER it is obviously not as robust as the built in adjustable kickstand which you cannot use when the tablet is installed in this case.Back to the loose fit, they DO SHOW pictures with AND without the keyboard installed HOWEVER it's not really until you can try it out that you can 'feel' the difference, so it's essentially a matter of 'feel' and I guess personal preference. I'll probably buy another case intended to be used WITHOUT the keyboard installed as I rarely use the keyboard with these devices and especially the switch as the keyboard is just a keyboard, no extra battery like the Dell 7140s(keyboard is optional as they have 2 IIRC one like the switch's and a heavier one that has an extra battery I've forgotten the cap offhand however with it installed it extends runtime to something like 10+h which makes it useful to have the keyboard installed on the 7140).Personally I took one star off for the looser fit w/o keyboard as I tend to use these types of 2-in-1 devices almost exclusively as tablets, but NOT in tablet mode w/a stylus. (No I'm not an artist but the stylus is preferrable to fingers to me, and the handwritten character recognition isn't bad at all at least for english. That said anything lengthy or complex, I want a keyboard.)

Had for over a year now and this case is solid, plus looks great. I would purchase again.

It fit better than expected
It fit better than expected. The case makes the Acer Switch Alpha 12 easier to use as a laptop while I'm seated and using the keyboard. I find that the Acer stand is tough to use but with the KuRoKo case all you have to do is slide the keyboard forward to have the screen stay up. This gives a more stable base than the Acer stand. Also, I find that the case is very protective of the Acer as well as being the perfect fit. I don't know if there be any improvements possible for the KuRoKo. BTW, I love the Acer too!

I tried to like it, but it just doesn't help me at all.
I really tried to give this thing a chance, but it's bulky, insulates the tablet to as to increase overheating, and takes too long to just set it up on a table to use. A silicon case would not insulate so much, protect it more, and make the tablet less cumbersome to set up. A travel case or sleeve would be more protective and give you a place to put a mouse/charger/adapters even though it would take just as long to set up. My point is that there's no reason to choose this case over the other options.

Nice feel and look. Check how you use your keyboard in tablet mode.
Looks nice and feels nice. However, if you like keeping the keyboard attached and folding it back behind the tablet while using in tablet mode, this case cannot accommodate that. If you prefer to detach the keyboard and find somewhere to store while using your Switch Alpha 12 in tablet mode, then you will probably love this case.

Fast delivery - strong material-
A bit counterintuitive, at first, how to fit the laptop in the case... it fits well however and feels strong.. it properly fits the cameras (the holes that is)... it was delivered 4 days before stated delivery date and I respect that.
