I would highly recommend to get a TDS meter before you plan for buying a purifier.Went ahead with 60 NF variant after learning about Nano filtration technology and its advantages over RO. The TDS of my tap water was around 360 ppm and this product was the best fit in range to purify water of this TDS range.The product was delivered on time and the installation was completed the next day, all the installation related contents were already present in the package. The product comes with pre filter unit, so no need to buy externally.Pros:- Post filtration I am getting TDS of 140 ppm which is within the recommended range.- The taste of water seems to be improved.- When tested it nearly wastes around 2 glass of water for 1 glass of filtered water, comparatively less than traditional RO filters.Cons:- I would suggest the quality of the plastic shell can be improved.Might update my review based on its further usageCheers!

(Updated) The filter itself is excellent—great water quality and performance over the past two months. Initially, we had a poor experience with customer service: installation wasn’t done properly, and despite five calls, maintenance was delayed for two weeks. That was frustrating.However, after posting our initial review, the company stepped in and resolved the issue. The maintenance is now complete, and the filter is working well again. Happy with the product overall, but hope the after-sales service becomes more reliable.

They have kept the prices like all other brands.I bought it in April and product build quality is poor.1. Tap is replaced 3 times in 8 months.2. Its been 4 times almost filter is changed and at last they put a RO filter instead of nf80.3. They claim this is good for 1300 tds water . Water tds at my home is 650-750 and in every 2 months filter is ruined. I have tds meter and after every two months I checked the water tds, it reduces from 650 to 330 only which is bad. While they claimed very less.4. Customee support is good but service is very bad. Other popular brands will send technician to your home in 2-4 hrs but they send filter by post which takes 4-5 days and then you raise a request to install and next day a technician comes depends on his availability.5. I checked the filter even for RO membrane, they use a cheaper quality product which as a started i expected they will give a very high quality product.6. their tank is bad, not packed properly. After 1 month of purchasing it, I opened tank which had ants inside it. I used tape to seal it.7. This product is expensive as per as its quality. I will suggest to buy it in 5k only as per its quality.
