Is this good for oscars and cichilds ?

I always use it with Pleco fish and cichlids. but never use it with oscars fish. So..This fish food can be used with all types of fish that Need high protein. And suitable for fish that naturally feed on the floor. Thank you

Not sure. I feed my koi sinking shrimp pellets and snails. Sometimes plain oatmeal that sinks. (Not all oatmeal will sink to the bottom of the pond.)
