The best non stick griddle I have ever had and I have had several. It is totally FLAT! I put a little olive oil and cooked one pancake and the other 2 I did NOT put any oil and they did not stick. The pancakes were perfect!!!!! Finally! I almost bought a hex clad until I saw a few reviews!!!!!

I had been looking for a griddle for a while and finally settled on this one. I had been looking for one with a smooth finish, as my other two cast iron pans have a rather rough surface. Most well made cast iron pans that I looked at cost much more than my budget could afford, but this one looked smooth so I thought I would give it a try. I received it today, took it out of the box immediately and saw that it was all seasoned and ready to go. My best test on a new pan is to see how it cooks a fried egg. This passed the test with flying colors. It didn't stick or break the yolk when I flipped it over. I did make sure that I used enough butter and oil. I am really happy I bought this griddle!!

This pan has a milled surface and is surprisingly light and sells at a very affordable price, but the seasoning is useless. I scrubbed it off with chainmail and re seasoned it. This is the only issue I have with this pan.

I love a Griwold, a Wagner, a Finex, & Le Creuset.But I wanted a user griddle with a good 90 degree angle edge lip on it & I do like milled cast iron SO!I got this at a very affordable price so why not?I've waited a couple months before giving this my feedback & I've been using this regularly. I've since built up a decent couple good coats of my own seasoning & lemme tell you.Eggs slide right off.It's light enough that my pidly little wrists don't strain yet it's heavy enough quality that it will last for generations of taken care of properly.This is a great user for sure 👍

The media could not be loaded. the one and only cast iron pan that won my heart the moment it arrived. I tried every other expensive brand before settling on this one for eternity. The singular pan that inspired me to compose a critique accompanied by a video.Indian dosa is made to perfection in this pan. The pan is so well-seasoned that the eggs cook to perfection and taste amazing. it heats evenly and cooks dosa and eggs perfectly without burning them.the pan size and shape is perfect for making dosa, pan cakes and eggs, so east to clean and maintain just rub little sesame oil and leave it then it's ready for next use seasoned perfectly.I give 10 on 10 value for money and I recommend all my friend to get there hands on this pan.thanks

I received my 10-inch griddle quickly and it came very well packed. I immediately rinsed it with water and towel dried it, fried some butter and onions, and no sticking! Rinsed it, oiled it with avocado oil heated to about 450F and got a nice golden bronze patina. Let it cool and fried two sunny side up eggs, and guess what - no sticking! Happy days! Then to my surprise, I get a free silicone handle with my purchase! Happy days twice!!

No more lodge cast iron for me! This is a WONDERFUL griddle & I’ll be buying a skillet soon! I seasoned it a few more times with avocado oil once I got it and it’s virtually non stick with how smooth the griddle top is. Like could slide my eggs around on it non stick! Love a healthy, nontoxic, and nearly non stick pan!
