These gloves are absolutely gorgeous looking, especially for the price point. The leather feels great and the color is spot on. However, the sizing is off. I bought these in Small even though I am a US Medium because I liked the look so much that I wanted to make it work. The fingers and palm fit perfectly actually, but the reason I am returning this is because the thumb is actually way too long. It's probably closer to a US Large on the thumb so it's strangely unproportional. The right thumb is slightly longer than the left thumb as well. Basically, just bad sizing and quality control. Otherwise, I would've kept these gloves. Too bad I have to find another set now.

Like most reviews mention, some of the fingers are longer than others, not sure if it's my fingers but that's how it is. Not a problem when riding, however I ordered the red ones and they paint my hands red after riding. I've used them for 5 days, each day they paint less and less but take that into consideration. 4 stars for that but 5 stars for the looks, they are awesome looking! The velcro part could be closer to the thumb so you could get a tighter adjustment.

I've worn a lot of gloves and I just have to say that I've never had a pair fit like theres. The length of the forefinger and middle finger are almost too short while the thumb is 3/4 too long and pinky is 3/8 too long. The pinky isn't really much talk about but whey your thumb looks like you only half pulled on your sock it's really annoying and feels like a little kid wearing his Dad's gloves. Returning...

These gloves are very nice, the leather is high quality, they look great and fit nice.....except for the thumbs. I have very normal looking hands. Wearing a size large, the Mechanix gloves fit perfect. The thumbs on these are seriously a joke. I don't know if it was a fluke that only my pair are messed up or what. The thumbs are over two inches longer than the middle fingers. It is completely laughable. I have some leather working skill so I was able to fix the issue but most people will NOT be able to do so. These would be five star if it weren't for that one issue, which is pretty significant.

2/2021 - Early review - wore these today for the first time. Temp was in the mid to high sixties when we were out, and in the 50s heading home. The gloves were super comfortable. My hands never got too hot or cold. These aren't perforated so there's a chance they're built for spring riding. I don't think they're heavy enough to take much less than 50s.They're really light and provide good light feedback through the palms. The fingers are a tad bit long for me, but workable for sure. I'm curious to see how these hold up. They're the ones that seem a little too good to be true right now.

Nice leather, good construction, good fit. They seem to be protective, have good knuckle protection, and are a bit longer in the wrist than the icons they replaced. I like a snug fit in gloves, usually wear a medium, these fit well, only one finger is a bit long, but overall these are nice gloves, especially for the price. The oxblood color is more of a red color than oxblood, but still more interesting than basic black. The thickness of the materials and good stitching would indicate a product that will last, but that remains to be seen.

The gloves feel great and are very comfortable. You don't have to break them in as they allow great motion range once they are on. The goat skill feels great and is very soft to the touch. I like how the gloves are reinforced in the right areas and the knuckles feel protected. The protective section of the knuckles feels great and does not get in the way of the normal movements during the ride. I had other gloves that felt somewhat uncomfortable form this area. Overall it is a great buy considering the price and the quality of the product. The gloves also have special fabric on the index and thumb fingers for you to use you smartphone while wearing the gloves which is very convenient.

I Did a 700 mile total round trip over a 3 1/2 day turnaround. 350 mile’s each way. Typically I get numbness in my hands. I was surprised that this didn’t occur after I started wearing these gloves. I felt the price for these gloves were a great value. I was very satisfied with the touch screen capability with these gloves, as I hate taking off gloves once I put them on. Be careful with getting the right size. I got large and they fit tight but not too tight but I am not a big guy by any means. So if you like them loose go an extra size up.
