I have a standing desk at work and purchased this to help with movement during the day as well as reduce fatigue and pain in my shoulders and low back. This mat is excellent. It is comfortable, encourages and supports movement which reduced the low back and shoulder pain I had with a regular anti-fatigue mat. It’s very thick and high quality. I can wear flats, chunky heals or sneakers and be comfortable on this mat.

As a hairstylist for over 20yrs…where has this been all my life. I stand all day at times 13-14hrs. Only potty breaks and eat while on the move. I have had man anti fatigue mats for professionals that surround the chair. High grade, superior quality, unbelievable matt. Took a week to get use to stepping onto it since t has raised edges. Its amazing that by standing with feet on mounds, toes i up on the edges, or one foot forward and one back can eliminate the pressure my body is under. All pressure off your joints and muscles as well as back and legs instantly. Goodbye leg spasms. This mat is like a vacation for your body. At the end of the day take ur shoes off and massage your feet. Great for stretching and preventing plantar fasciitis. Easy to clean and easy to move.

I went through a month trial period with the Ergodriven Topo (regular version, not Mini), both Butterfly mats (gen 1 and gen 2) and this one. I chose this one primarily because I felt the mat density worked out best for me. I'm 5'6" and ~ 145 lbs, so on the lighter and smaller side. Not sure if height has much to do with mat selection, but weight does. Although I liked the Topo, in the end it felt a little too hard/dense over long periods (it might have worked much better if I was heavier). The gen 1 Butterfly mat was the softest of the four and too soft for me. The gen 2 Butterfly was firmer, which I liked more, and I could have gone with as the winner. However, I really couldn't see myself with this goofy butterfly looking mat over the long term. Shallow, but it helped my decision :)The CubeFit felt the best to me over standing for long times (5+ hours or more per day over several days). It's cushiness/density was the deciding factor -- not overly cushy, but not too firm like the Topo was. I feel that the ridges, mounds and 'calculated terrain' elements all these mats have work to a certain degree, but that wasn't the deciding factor. It was finding the best feeling underfoot density because that's where your feet will be most of the time.Pros:- Nice balance of cushy and firm. Can stand on it for hours at a time- Good size -- doesn't take a lot of floorspace but enough to comfortably move around on- The front/back ridges and mounds on the side help to plant your feet on different things and promote movement/circulationCons:- Price. All of these mats are overpriced IMO, but the CubeFit is the most expensive. $105 is a lot of cheddar for a floor mat. I never tried much cheaper ones, but I will say a good floor mat is a MUST if you plan on standing at your desk for hours at a time. Still though, it's expensive- The ridges around the edge and side mounds are too soft to be super useful. In particular, the side mounds are way too soft. You can literally push them all the way down with your feet. I assume they're meant to massage your arches, but they're too soft for that. The front ridge is also too soft to get a good leg stretch from. They need to make all the 'terrain' elements much firmer.

TerraMat from CubeFit is the best office equipment investment we've made - period. While in the sitting position with TerraMat under my desk, it makes a great riser to rest my feet on. When placing the FlexiSpot in the high position, I pull the mat out and prefer standing in socks instead of shoes to get the full benefit of the topographical features. IMO, you owe it to your health to stand while working for at least part of your day.As CEO of our business, I am recommending that we purchase TerraMats for our employees. I believe the mats will pay for themselves many times over in improved employee work performance, stamina, efficiency, and well-being. Wish 10 stars were available.

Es grueso, resistente y permite varios movimientos sin generar distracciones. Lo levanto después de terminar la jornada, para que mis gatitos no piensen que es una nueva cama ;)

I love this mat. I like all the different ways I can stand on it. People always want to come and try it out when they see it.

I stand all day, every day and have been looking for a great product that could relieve some of the tension that builds up in the legs.I have tried another product and didn't find it to give the same level of support. I personally found it too soft. This product has a soft-ish base but the balls and the edge support are very firm and give a great massage :)Highly recommendable.

It stimulates my feet and leg muscles, helps with my back pain and increases my productivity as I no longer avoid working in my office. It smells of plastic for a while but it disappears after a week or so. The smell is quite strong, though. Saying that, if it smells, it's likely new and your feet are the first ones to step on this mat. If you spend a lot of time in the office, you should definitely consider trying this. You may find your back, legs and feet less tired and sore.
