Wonderful for our business desk!
We needed to replace our damaged POS system (car drove over the last one) and this one was everything we needed (except for a CC swipe) at an incredible price. Only complaint was the mini roll of thermal paper packaged with it, why bother? Couldn't send a full roll of paper? Minor detail, since everything else was great. Installed in no time using their website downloads, and fully compatible with our MindBody POS.

This product is not ready for prime time
Bought it a week ago and am still having problems with it working properly. When I first bought it there was no indication that the thermal printer was PC compatible only. Went and bought a PC laptop just to make it work. The product manual is only 2 screen shots and is in Chinese. Downloaded the driver and the printer worked properly for one day and now I'm getting an error and it won't print. I have tried reinstalling the drivers but no avail. Really frustrating experience. I'm starting a business in a week and we need to have an operational receipt printer.

Don't let the low price fool you
Great cordless scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer. I needed support as the cash drawer would pop open with any sale not jest cash sales. I called for support the phone was answered by a human being I was transferred to tech support Mark remoted in and had it fixed within minutes.

Great customer support
This POS system works great with my retail software. I needed Tech support with the setup and this company replied within 24 hours. Provided the support I needed and the system was up and running. Great customer service.
