I bought and customized this music box for my mothers birthday, adding a personal image to the front. After 1 month of shipping and waiting, these nimrods sent the music box with the original stock default image to my mother. I can't imagine a logical conversation where they decided that the customer really did just want the stock image on their custom musical box.
