The cubbies for tea are the perfect size. I was able to store lots of different kinds of tea and the clear front makes it easy for people to see what is available. It closes strongly so I am able to store it on end in the limited space I have available. I decided it was not ideal for storing my loose tea but is excellent for tea bags. I find it not ideal for unlabeled paper tea bags, as the box doesn't lend itself to attaching labels.

Our house is full of tea lovers but the number of boxes was getting out of hand. I wanted something that would hold a significant amount of tea bags but also make it easy to select the tea you wanted that day, This item does the trick and then some. I was able to consolidate 12 boxes of tea bags into the caddy. I found that by alternating how they were inserted (upside down and right side up) helped me get a few more bags in that would otherwise not have fit. It is stylish and can sit on the counter without taking up hardly any space when stood on end. The lid stays closed and I can now easily offer tea to guests without pulling out a dozen boxes. The plastic film that protects both sides of the plexiglass is a little tricky to get off, but I used an artists palette knife and gently lifted it off without scratching. It appears that the plexiglass is covered all the way to the edge, even under the wood frame so a little bit of fussing had to be done to get it all, but it means that the item is scratch free when it arrives. Since my son will be moving out soon, I think this is a great gift idea for his new place as he drinks teas as well.Great price, fast shipping, excellent space-saver!

I love this Teebox, as others have mentioned it is taller so it can accommodate teabags laying down or standing upright. It also allows you to store the foil packets that have three or four bags inside. My box arrived sturdy and strong. It has magnets to keep the lid closed. It is neutral in design, maybe a little more on the modern side since it has clean lines and is made of bamboo. I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend. This is the kind of stuff Amazon allows you to find that you would have to drive around all day looking for. I have ever seen a tea box in a store....that I can recall anyway.The dividers do lift out if you wanted to have one big box with 2 or 3 sections instead of 8.We have been using it for several months and its time to share our positive experience.

After seeing the tea bag box my daughter was using I decided to get one. I drink far more tea than coffee anymore. I spent over 3 hours one evening looking at tea boxes, finally decided upon this one, and could not be happier with my decision. The 2 magnets hold the top securely. The finger lift in an effective opener. The (non glass) see through top allows viewing. The 8 slots are sufficient to hold an ample supply of teas. It is very well constructed. On one of the tea varieties I had to minutely trim both sides, and the bottom for it to fit without cramming in there, or it sticking up too much. It took all of 3 or 4 minutes to trim 20 wrapped tea bags. All of the other teas fit either vertically for easier selection, or stacked in a pile, like the 20 ginger/peach. I would have included pictures, but I am a phone camera moron. However, had my 5 year old Grandson been over here I would have included some.

I just recently became a tea drinker and have purchased several different variety packs of teas to try. I wanted something to organize all of my different teas, where I could easily see them without having to scrounge through the little cardboard boxes they came in. This tea box fit the bill perfectly. It's the perfect depth for the foil packed tea bags to stand upright and the clear window in the lid lets me see exactly what's in there. The dividers keep everything neat and organized. This tea box came well packaged and in perfect condition. I had read in other reviews that people had issues with glue from the protective plastic on the lid(?), mine came with just a thin piece of plastic film set on top of the acrylic part of the lid, it wasn't glued at all, so no problems like that for me. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a tea holder that was made with solid wood and had adjustable compartments. I thought I wanted a glass top, but I’m now glad that I didn’t get one with that. This box is not that well-made. I have it in a cupboard that I can reach so I don’t have to take it in and out and move it around. The plastic windows on the top are easy to look through and I think that if they were glass, it would make the lid very heavy. Some of the dividers, when taken out, do not have smooth edges and you could possibly get a small sliver. As I said, it does the trick but it definitely isn’t something you pass down in the family.

I received this box and it was packed beautifully. Everything looked great. It is taller than I imagined but I wasn't complaining because it meant more tea bag storage. However, when I opened it up, I saw that one of the sides to a compartment inside was faulty. The bottom half of the bamboo side was at an angle and wouldn't budge. I contacted the seller to see if there were any secrets to fix it and was promptly responded to. They offered me a full refund for the box without exchanging!Awesome customer service and great box (as long as all the compartments have straight sides). With all the great reviews, I imagine that most boxes have everything intact and I was just lucky. I use it for tea bags still and the weird little part was eventually bent enough that I just fit my smaller tea bags in it.

I was really hesitant to buy this because of negative reviews (for this type of product in general), but I drink a lot of tea and really wanted to try it out, so I did. I'm very pleased with this purchase and wish I would have bought it sooner. The chest is solid and sturdy. My kids open and close it all the time (sometimes slamming the lid), and it hasn't even chipped or cracked. There are eight compartments, and each will certainly hold a full 20-count box of tea packets (perhaps a bit more, depending on how you arrange them). I would highly recommend this product to others who drink a variety of teas.
