Perfect electric jack!
This portable electric jack works exactly as described. I have it lifting my trailer so that I can change a tire. I couldn't get the tire right away so the jack is holding it up. No sag, no problem holding up my trailer. I'm impressed with the power of this unit. I haven’t had it that long but I like it so far.

Many uses, very handy
I love this jack. I was hoping to be able to lift the tires off the ground on my 10,000 lbs RV but that wasn't going to happen. It is capable of lifting the front tires, but not the rear. Ok, so it's not really capable of lifting 3 tons, but it lifts standard cars and light SUV's with no problem at all. I also used it to compress a set of gas shocks during installation which made it much easier. I'm finding lots of great uses and it's super easy and fast to use. It's probably not going last more than a year or 2 but it's really helpful. Doesn't draw much power and ultimately safer than a crank jack. The cord is 12' long but I've already found that it doesn't reach some locations and needs to be extended, probably another 12'.

Unbelievably Easy to Use and Solidly Built
I have a pretty heavy car with performance tires that are prone to shredding on the slightest contact with potholes. Combine this with a flimsy tire jack and I finally had it when it took me one hour to change my shredded tire for the second time. I knew there had to be an easier way and now I have found it. There were no reviews on this baby when I bought it so I am going out on a limb. I tested it the minute I got it and almost shed tears of joy! My entire car was raised in about 1 minute on the flip of a switch; and it is so easy to use. It's obviously foreign made because of the stilted English in the manuals, but very thoughtful - even including an Allen wrench to release hydraulic pressure in the event the jack does not come down. I haven't used in a real emergency but it is solidly built and tested very well; I am convinced it will last for a while. Hopefully I do not have to actually use it since I plan to avoid every pothole that I can!

Worked once
I bought this thing thinking it would be compact and easy. Relieved the jack and tried it out. Worked great, picked up one side of a CRV. Put it in the back. Month and a half later, My son called me, had a flat and no jack. I know, can't tell kids anything. I go up there a try to use the jack...nothing, no lights, no noise. It was passed the return window but thankfully Amazon stepped in. I at least got a 80% refund. Terrible product. Please don't count on this thing as your only Jack. You will be stuck somewhere, calling tow truck.

Wow! I'll have another one of these please.
I bought this on a whim, thinking there is no way this little thing can lift 3 tons. It does. Easily. I have a 2-1/2 ton, extended-length, full-sized van. My 2 ton flor jack doesn't have the reach to be much use. I set this little gizmo on a cinder block, to add some reach for my van (something I once did with my floor jack, and learned floor jacks have the word "floor" in their description for a reason) and to put it to a test:1. From atop the cinder block there were no stability issues.2. The design prevents the jack from failing when it's extended. It was more stable than my 3 ton jack stands3. It easily lifted the entire rear end... high enough to install new leaf springs4. The little light on the unit is perfectly located to illuminate the undercarriage for proper jack placement, I left it on and used it as a work light for the entirety of my project.5. It is surprisingly light and compact for what it doesThe cons are minor:1. It requires 12volts to make it go up. (Pro- the cigarette adapter extension was long enough for my 19-1/2' long vehicle)2. The top plate is small, 2" diameter. I placed a hockey puck on top of it for added grip3. For my situation, an additional 6" base to set the jack on is needed... cinder block, 4" x 6" x 8" block of wood, trailer tongue support stand all work well... to get the extra boost to reach the right parts of my van's frame for safe jack placementI would recommend this for anyone. And I am purchasing another one for myself. I feel these are more stable than my jack stands when lifted for maintenance and repair. (I know they are not intended to be used as such, but the way the design is, they are more stable and secure than most of the lower priced jack-stands sold here). I could see having 4 of these and use them as levelers on an RV.

Really way better than I had hoped for
I have major back/autoimmune mobility issues so a jack I can press a button on is a lifesaver.I always use a jack stand for safety even using manually operated jacks so that is nothing new but I would definitely recommend using a jack stand with this. Not based upon any lack of quality or lifting ability but mainly as it is newer technology a safety first approach is always best.SturdyEasy to useWorks perfectly
