This is an excellent light. Very very bright for an LED light
This is an excellent light. Very very bright for an LED light. I think that it is great and I would recommend this as a better value over the competitors laser light in my opinion. The reason why this light has 88% of 100 reviewers giving it five stars is because it is a really quality weapon light. When you order one, I want you to also get a Magpul Picatinny Rail Light Mount (https://www.amazon.com/Magpul-Picatinny-Rail-Light-Mount/dp/B07KG1DKZK), right or left doesn't matter, your preference, and a 5-slot Picatinny rail to go along with it. Either throw away or don't bother using the light mount that is included in the kit. You will have to modify the diameter on the light rail with a Dremel but it is easy and will make a much better mounting solution to align with the sight picture on your rifle or shotgun. The pressure switch that is included is really good, too. If it is legal to hunt at night where you live this weapon light is a poor man's night vision scope.

Great hog light
This light works great for hog hunting. I typically set up 125 yards from my feeder and this light lets me easily see and shoot from that distance. I have never had a battery drain out on me even after a full weekend hunt. Since it comes with a spare I have never had to worry. Hogs have never paid any attention to it and there is more than enough light to easily line up your shot.

Yes! After two years, armadillos chewing up my yard are finally dead!!!
If you have an armadillo problem, buy this kill light (green). After two years of trying to catch nasty, ugly armadillos with a trap, plus walking around in the dark with a white flashlight and a pistol trying to shoot them, I bought this green light two weeks ago. Then I bought a Remington 597 semi-auto .22 rifle, and mounted this Kill Light right atop the scope. Last week, I shot two armadillos over a period of three nights. Even on a pitch black overcast night, I was able to see a 'dillo distinctly 100 yards away. Then I walked right up on it and popped it seven times. Yes! finally I saw one upside down dead. I threw the remains in the river next day and celebrated. Everything they say about this green kill light is true. If you've tried everything else to kill an armadillo, try this product. You'll see it crystal clear with the naked eye regardless of night conditions. Looking through the scope at night is double amazing, too. Everything is more sharply defined. This light is incredibly penetrating. These two dillos didn't run away as they had with white flashlights. I'll never give up this Kill Light/semi-auto set up as long as armadillos roam this earth...or, more accurately roam the woods and bayous near my property. I finally found the answer.

Incredibly bright, batteries seem to last long
I live in Oklahoma in the country (sticks, boondocks, backwoods, off the paved road). We have a feral hog problem. This helps with finding them at night to appropriately deal with them.

junk - don't buy
It comes with a really nice case but the light only goes maybe 100yds. The battery life goes quickly - not worth the money get something different

Hunting light
The kill light is a great light for varmint hunting, plus rabbits and hogs. This light up a huge area of about 50 yards wide by 250 distance. The animals just stand there and stare. Evidently, they really can't see the light. I like the red, but I also have green.
