This cream is an absolute life saver! I live in an extremely dry climate and my feet developed thick callouses with deep cracks that would crack open and bleed. It was extremely painful as well as unattractive. This cream has transformed my feet within a few days and it just continues to heal and improve them. I apply every night, and have had not problems since I started using it. I used man different thick creams before but nothing has worked like this. Thick callouses disappear and the skin becomes much softer, no cracks or scaly heels. It was one of the few 40% urea creams on Amazon that had decent ingredients, no parabens or phthalates. So happy to have found it. Except now, it seems this one is out of stock, and only the uupderff cream which has salicylic acid added, and parabens. The ingredients of that one are not the same. I hope this one is back in stock soon!

I have used only for a few days. So far it seems to work well. It absorbs quickly, is not greasy. I have really dry skin on my feet and have to sand them every few days. It seems to be softening the skin. Hopefully it will reduce the callous.

Im a diabetic and struggle with dry cracked heels and thick calluses on the balls of my feet and the sides of my big toes. After each shower I use a pumice stone them lather my feet in this. They look and feel just like they did when I was a teenager again. Just be consistent with it. It takes a couple weeks to achieve your goal with it.

I don't believe this cream contains 40% urea. It does not moisturize or nourish the skin at all. Additionally, there is no list of other ingredients. I used a cream from another brand with 25% urea and the effect was 10 times better, I felt it immediately. And here is a complete deception of the buyer. This is very bad.

I’m impressed this cream actually works on ur feet my heal are super dry and cracked I tried goldbond diabetic cream I tried okeefs hand cream and foot and very little change my doctor recommend this cream and with in a week it’s like night and day my heals still have some cracks but as far a being dry they are definitely allot better I don’t believe you would be disappointed trying this product

It helps keep the roughest skin on my feet soft. There is no scent to the cream.

This lotion worked great. An article from a podiatrist suggested urea cream for vey dry skin. In just a week my feet felt 100 times better and worked on my severely dry elbows. Will definately purchase this again.
