Excellent Smart Switch for Heavy-Duty Appliances – Highly Recommended!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased the Finery® 63A WiFi Smart Switch this March, and it has been an incredibly useful addition to my home. I primarily use it to control my water tank motor, and it works flawlessly—even when I'm away from home.The ability to control the switch remotely from anywhere in the world is a game-changer.One of the standout features is the daily and monthly power usage reports, which have helped me track electricity consumption more accurately and manage my energy bills better. The timer and scheduler functions are also very handy, especially for automating usage. The switch works offline as well, adding a layer of reliability during network drops.My only suggestion for improvement would be to add Google Home integration, which is currently missing.Overall, it’s a robust and smart solution for anyone looking to control and monitor high-power appliances like EV chargers, geysers, or pumps.

Warranty policy not clearly mentioned.
Please make note that warrant of one year is mentioned. I just faced an issue with the product. Some key points to keep in mind.1) Warranty has to be settled directly with the manufacturer.2) Customer is responsible for sending the product to manufacturer at his/her expense.3) the warranty of the product is 1yr but the manufacturer has mentioned “ Replacement will the provided only 1 time against the faulty device received” which is very wierd and wrong. This point is only mentioned in thier website and not on amazon.4) Warranty claim is a long and tedious procedure. Despite have a WhatsApp support we have fill up an online claim form etc.The rating is gave is only for the customer support part of the product. The product is actually good, but fooling customers saying 1yr warranty is wrong. I think ots better to mention 1 time replacement rather than 1yr warranty.

Reduced Functionality of latest version
I have bought this product 2 years ago as well (In 2022) and the earlier one had a few extra features like a switch log on the app, light mode and child lock - all three of which are missing from the newer version bought in September 2024. Disappointing.
