Spicy 🌶

I love this stuff. My gf and I started using it when we found a bottle randomly in the communal pantry of her apartment. An item that had long ago been abandoned by a former resident, we mad short work of it by adding it to a slew of dishes. Sometimes we'd mix it into a dish after cooking to add some oily texture, like a dressing, and a spicy kick to a mild dish. Other times we'd add it to a stir fry while it was cooking to aid in cooking and to give the meal a little more kick. If you like spicy food and you like to cool with oil this stuff is a must.
