Battery strength level display is wrong. updated the Firmware Fully charged your battery, with in seconds, show 25%, then 4% then 0%. What wrong?

As directed, i updated the firmware for my gopro i fully charged your batteries to 100%. when put battery into camera it displays only 4%.

you are lucky you got 4 percent it never worked in mine, I am not in the US so couldn't return if you can return them do so and buy authentic go pro batteries

Do the batteries easily fall out?

I have never had an issue with the batteries falling out of the charger. They are held securely in the charger as any other charger would hold. Mine have never fallen out.
