Liang baobao Porcelain Gaiwan 5oz/150ml Teacup White Glazed Tea Cup Tureen Chinese Sancai Cover Bowl Lid Saucer Set (Red)

Ordered this Gaiwan after I received a different Gaiwan from this same seller in the same colour but with curved sides. Comparatively, this Gaiwan is lighter and much easier to hold. The lid fits well and doesn’t slide out of place when it’s time to pour. It fits well in its saucer and stands up beautifully to heat. I haven’t burned myself at all! The steep sides and more extreme curve of the lip make this Gaiwan very easy to use. I’ve used many Gaiwans at various price points, and this one is absolutely foolproof. I highly recommend!

It is what it advertises. It’s only 5 oz. That’s not bad for a cup of tea, but a gaiwan that small loses about an oz or less because you’ll be putting in tea leaves. So when you pour it out, you get like 4 oz of tea, and sometimes less. The product itself is good, but I’m kicking myself for not springing the extra few bucks for a 6-8 oz Gaiwan

Lovely little gaiwan (pay attention to the sizes, folks—if you want a “coffee cup”, order something larger. Traditional coffee cup serving is 6 oz, coffee mug serving is 8 oz or more. This gaiwan holds 4 oz comfortably without spilling or overheating the rim.) Just fits my hand. Pretty jade green colour with white trim.Lid is a little wobbly, and needs to be rotated for the best fit, otherwise very, very nice!Packed well. Arrived safely, no damage.Very good value for the price

Well made. The cover fits well but still allows the tea to pour cleanly. (Note that like most gaiwans, the stated capacity of 150ml refers to the amount of liquid if the cup were filled to the very brim. In actual use, the capacity is about 100ml. It’s a good vessel for one person.)

Nice gaiwan. I've used it a couple dozen times, it functions correctly. It's perfectly round and doesn't wobble or sit funny. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's a nice, simple gaiwan. Serves it's purpose as a tea pot! It arrived nicely packaged.
