I bought this not long ago and the battery is already dead again. My laptop keeps giving me messages to replace the battery and I have also noticed that the full charge was reduced to 1 hr of use. The battery ended up totally dead.BUT the company who sold me the battery reached out to me and offered to help with this. They extended me the warranty and sent me back another battery. They stated that their batteries are very durable. I have installed the battery on my computer and I'm testing it.I really do recommend to buy here. You can be sure they will help you out if you have any issue with your product.

Battery worked well, but in less than a year it dies quickly. We cannot even use our laptop unless it is plugged in. If it is not, it will work for about 30-45 minutes, then just die abruptly. No warning that the battery is low or anything.If it is plugged in, it will vary between 30 to 91%, and will just stop charging. It will NEVER charge above 91%. If you unplug the power cord, then plug it back in it will charge for several minutes, then stop charging. I thought the battery was a good value based on the reviews, but based on how long it lasts I was wrong. I now have a non-portable laptop.

Rarely do I ever post bad reviews but something as bad as this must be brought to attention. I powered off the laptop that needed the new battery and replaced it with the unit that I bought from this company. I powered the laptop back on only to find out that an electrical burning smell started to come out of the bottom of the laptop. I force shut down the laptop right away and disposed of the battery properly. Something like this is ridiculous and can lead to damage. Beware, I will be buying from somewhere else.

I received it on April 25th, it no longer holds any charge as of July 22nd. Disappointing.Edited to add: Seller promptly contacted me to offer a replacement.Edited again (about 8 months later): Battery is once again useless. Their customer service is prompt and fair, but I would not recommend the battery. My original laptop battery lasted about 4 years, yet I've gone through two of these replacements in about a year. Not good.

Product does not hold a charge after only 8 months. Cannot find how to return/ get replacement despite their alleged 12 month warranty.

Did the job. Fast delivery and fits perfect. That was when I bought it. 8 months later the battery will not charge. Now I get to see if the warranty is better than the battery.

It has worked fine until I got to the 6 month point of ownership. Charge no longer lasting very long. I expected to get more than 6 months out of a computer battery.*****The company reached out to me and sent me a new battery. Very happy with the customer service and I will see how the new battery holds up.

This battery worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. The computer began shutting off when the battery was only 70% full. Even when we tried to start it up again, it would turn off. Worked fine if the battery was above 70%.Update: Contacted the seller and they were incredibly responsive. Sending us a new battery. Their customer service gets five stars!
