Does it stick well on silicone case or leather case?

Silicone cases no it’s falls off after a few minutes, not too sure about leather. Hard plastic with no anti slip or straight to the back of the phone.

Will I still be able to wireless charge with this on the back?

That's really depend on where is the spot of your phone provides the wireless feature vs where you are going to put the Metal Plate. It will work as long as the Metal Plate don't block that spot directly.

How do I get a magnet for cell to stay on existing mount?

Glad that you ask. These are just Metal Plates. These are not Magnet. You need both to make the mechanism works. Most Phone Car Holder / Phone Cases already come with the built-in Magnet which will automatically work with these Metal plates. If you have any other questions, please let us know again.

Does this work well with outter box

Sorry, we can't be 100% sure as the thickness of the phone case can be vary from one to the other. Please be reminded that what we are selling here is just the Metal Plate FOR Magnetic Phone Holder.
