This was a let down. I needed to do a repair on an inflatable kayk and had used this product before. It is a good product and had done the job well with the repair being durable. I got all set up to do the repair but didn't notice the tube was already half solidified until I had opened it. I needed to get this done so I went ahead. I barely had enough. I also noticed that the consistency was far thicker than normal and now I have to wonder if that means the repair won't hold.

Incredible stuff.

Two points: 1.) This stuff sort of works, but it is definitely not permanent. I fixed a couple rubber gloves and a hot water bottle, but after several uses, the leaks came back. 2.) The delivery system is absolutely horrific. After you use the glue, it is nearly impossible to clean off the threads, and the cap gets glued on. And, after a couple of weeks, if you do manage to get the top off, the glue just beneath the cap is a rock, rendering the whole tube worthless.

I used shoe glue which did the job.

I've used so many glues and adhesives that claim their product will stick to everything, even motor oil. I've been disappointed many times ... but NOT this time!This stuff really works! Just follow the directions, use clean surfaces, clamp the halves together and your glued joint will stay glued.I used this on a cargo strap type pet barrier, that keeps my Doberman Pinscher in the back seat of my truck. As a puppy, she chewed through the strap webbing. I bought some new matching strap and make the repair, using this adhesive. It really worked! The bond was incredibly strong.It is recommended that you keep the unused portion in your freezer to keep it fresh for the next time. Once you open it, air gets to it and it starts curing. The freezing stops this process. I recommend it!

I used this rubber glue for my grandson’s Tuff boots. He had a small tear it causing it to leak. I applied the glue and let set for 24 hours and it worked. I filled the boot up with water and no more leaks.

Used this to repair a rubber boot, where it flexed developed a crack. Applied per the directions, it dries fully to a clear, smooth shiny layer. Extends the life of a rubber boot for a long time, I expect. Worth it.
