Powder is a miracle
Absolutely amazing powder and it saved me money and helped my dog. My shepherd fought with another dog and sustained a horrific half dollar size round wound on his side. Vet said he’d charge me $900. A rancher suggested this powder and oral antibiotics. I gave my dog oral antibiotics and sprinkled this powder on the wound. In 3 days the wound was completely dry and scabbed over hard as a rock. My dog is healing just fine and the powder was a huge help.

A must have in the barn
Works great for cuts. Used it on cuts near and above the hoof and was very happy how they healed.

Amazing product, ridiculous packaging
This was recommended by a friend after my horse tore his knee open doing god knows what. This product helped to close the wound, keep it dry, and prevent flies from getting into it. Any proud flesh that had developed was gone overnight. I rinse the wound once a day, towel dry gently and then apply this. The application itself is a nightmare - imagine trying to get cornstarch out of a sriracha bottle and that's pretty much what to expect. I'm not sure what would be a better way around this, maybe a bottle like is used for spices? In any case, given the price point and the efficacy, I'm still willing to give it 5 stars, but be warned it is tricky!

Works really well
Really helps to quickly address to the bleeding. Also for wounds that would not heal otherwise.

Great product
Great healing product. I've used this for years on my shepherds and myself!! Wish they would make it easier to apply.

Works Wonderfully! Use a Spice Container to Diapense!
My Basset had hot spots severely. I was treating with medicated shampoo and a hot spot spray. He would get better but after a few day the hot spot would become moist and started capillary bleeding as some hotspots do. It was spreading on both sides! I googled "antiobiotic powder for dogs" and this came up! After reading the reviews which helped me realize I had to get the moisture out of the hot spot. I bathed my furbaby in medicated shampoo then after he dried I applied the Wonder Dust! The next morning the pink under the fur which was slight bleeding was gone.. not dyed by the product, but gone. He acts as if he feels better and the hot spot is starting to scab for healing! Now to address the negative remarks on the product bottle being hard to dispense. Yep, it is true, but hey the product works! I found an old steak spice bottle which was almost empty and emptied and washed it then let it dry throughly. I transfered the product to the new container and it works great for dispensing this "Wonder Dust" I highly recommend!
