If it has the lightning bolt sticker on the charger, it should quick charge. One of the sellers was selling regular chargers with a headline stating they were the quick charge kind. No, this happens to be the very charger that came with my Samsung 6 edge plus 2 1/2 yrs ago. I still have the phone and wanted a second speed charger for my kitchen
