Umarex AirSaber Elite X2 Double Barrel PCP-Powered Arrow Gun Air Rifle, Includes 3 Carbon Fiber Arrows

AN ABSOLUTE BEAST! I took this to my local archery range to sight in the red dot I put in place of the scope. Initially many of the people working there and a few of the patrons were visibly skeptical and even a bit mocking in their reaction to seeing it. Let me just tell you, it's a god thing I brought my compressor in the car to refill it because by the time I left EVERYBODY wanted to try it and many said they were going to get one. One of the staff members there had me help him look it up and bought it right then! LOL If I decided to split hairs I could complain that it is a bit heavy and awkward in the sense it's a bit front heavy with the weight. However, I'm not looking to be out there shooting for hours so the fact that it performs as well as it does makes that a bit of a non-issue in my opinion. Well worth every penny and SUPER FUN!

Very dissatisfied with UMAREX company and wouldn’t recommend their products due to NO customer service. Contacted them several times to speak with them regarding the air riffle not working. Left 2 messages for a return call and remained on hold for 1-hr before being disconnected. It’s uncertain if the product was used or not as the box wasn’t sealed, i.e. tape.I was willing to work with their technician’s and do a warranty exchange, but no communication stopped that. I was excited to get this for Christmas due to being handicapped, this purchase was a big letdown because of the companies’ inability to have an operating customer service dept. Now it will be 4-weeks before I get my refund due to how it's returned through Amazon. This poor rating comes after 6-attempts. 22JAN25

Pretty neat idea. Definitely could use for hunting. The rifle itself seems pretty durable.

Item came as described and is exactly as shown it came in original packaging so if your ordering as a gift be aware of that

Leaked air from the port hole on the very first fill before I even used. Not too confident about even getting a replacement.

Appeared to be new in box but after a few shots it began to leak air. Had to return. Received full credit but will not purchase air guns from Amazon again. Live and learn.

This thing is all over the place. There is NO sighting it in. Got a Vortex crossbow scope, and it didn’t help either. Max air pressure, lower air pressure doesn’t matter. I’ve sighted many weapons in, never had one impossible like this hunk of junk. Came with damaged (white) plastic fitting at end of air delivery tube on one of the barrels. Called Umarex, they were happy to send me another for $2.70, I bought 10 due to damage they sustain while loading the arrows. Now with Vortex upgrade at $199.00 I’m in this hunk of crap over $750.00.

I purchased two, one for a hunting buddy one for myself. After about 15 shots my Sabre had a bushing failure on one barrel . Called Umarex for a replacement bushing. I talked to “Paul” and my immediate impression was a know it all who could care less to help me. And he did just that , Nothing . I was told he did not have the part I needed and their was nothing I could do. Well sorry bud , I found a replacement that works fine. This will be Last Umarex product purchased by me or my friends.
