Thank you, thank you, thank you to the designer of this headgear strap.. Its’ design is versatile to fit a variety of head and cheekbone shapes. In my case, it is placement for ResMed’s design flawed “new and improved” headgear strap, now provided by the company. Instead of having restless nights because ResMed’s strap wasn’t designed to fit various shaped human cheekbones, I now sleep like a baby. Thank you to whoever designed this and thank you to my husband who insisted that I check Amazon.

Better than OEM
Stronger than OEM. A bit wider at temple which is good. Same length as OEM... No idea why others say this does not fit ResMed P10 headgear. If they received an incorrect product, just send it back.. Why write a poor review.

to long to wide don't know what its for but it don't fit my res-med P-10 airfit head gear

This product is difficult to use. The split is to far up and does not hold well, so I did not have a good seal.

Wow it works
Well the upgraded headgear fits the p10 frame just fine. I spent a few minutes with the adjustment clips and the headgear for a near perfect fit
