Used it this weekend to to remove several scratches on my car and I must say I am really impressed !One of the scratches was so deep, that it went down to the bare metal. Good thing I had some touch up paint left over from fixing a few front bumper rock chips about a month ago. After applying the touch up paint I waited 24 hours and then proceeded with the Scratch Pro kit. The results surprised me. Any scratch that has gone that deep requiring touch up paint will never look perfect (unless you re-spray the panel), but with this kit, some paint, a tiny brush, and a bit of patience - the results I achieved were fantastic.On another area of the car the scratch was not that deep and this kit removed it completely. The next day, after washing my car I noticed that same exact spot was a little bit hazy. I went back with the Scratch Pro, taking my time first with step 2 and then with step 3 and was able to remove the hazing.Personal Tips : Make sure you spend the most time with Step 1! This is where you actually remove the scratch. The other 2 steps are there to simply bring back the shine in your paint. Finally, with each successive step widen your work area a bit. This will ensure you achieve a complete overlap and therefore lessen the probability of leaving hazed up spots.

One of the previous reviewers stated that this product is good for smaller or "micro" scratches and that person was entirely correct. On moderate to deep scratches it just does not work. If your car was "keyed" deeply I can guarantee you that this won't do anything at all to remove the damage. It's a bit dissapointing considering the price of the item and all the hype surrounding the product but you are better off taking your vehicle in to a professional if you have any real deep blemishes or scratches that need to be removed.You can either do that or just move to a safer neighborhood and save yourself even more aggravation and expense.

To start, when I got the product I was a little disgusted. It looked like it had been used even though it was in the package- I think it was held for a very long time so it was old just unused. The pads were aged and dusty, and the paints looked like they were hardened, although they came out fine as liquid.As for using the product, it worked fine. I didn't expect it to work miracles, I just wanted to get rid of some of the surface scratches so I could paint over the worst ones. It worked well on those ones when I applied enough elbow grease. The paints had air bubbles so when I would press the syringe they would sometimes squirt all over me, which was no fun. Also there isn't a lot in the syringes, so I think for the future I'll probably stick to Scratch Doctor and polishing/waxing over that- works about the same.

Worked well. I had a quite extensive scratched area. The small scratches gone completely. I can’t even see them. The deep scratch is almost gone. I am pleased with the result.

My car was less than a month old, and someone had run a handful of keys from in front of the front wheel well back into the door panel. In about an hour, this stuff had the quarter panel and the door looking almost perfect. The deep parts aren't gone, but you have to look hard to see them. The color is there, it's just a hint of the cruelty that I wanted to erase. The three part system really worked well for me. It was surprisingly fast and easy.

This kit is really pretty useless.I followed the directions to a tee; Very little of the fairly minor scratch on the hood of my Jeep was affected.So I repeated the entire three-steps procedure ... maybe a little more was gone but I could still see the scratch.So, for fifteen bucks, the product failed.Caveat Emptor.

I had some micro scratches on the trunk of my car that I could not get rid of. I used 3 different 1-step products that did nothing to help. I was frustrated because I couldn't even feel the scratches with my fingernail and I thought I was going to have to take it and pay a body shop to fix it.I saw this product and was very skeptical. I used the product exactly as directed and was shocked at the results. You have to have realistic expectations. Nothing is going to "remove" a scratch, or fix it 100%. But this product will smooth it out and diminish the visibility of the scratch. Before, I could see the scratches from 10 feet away. Now I actually have to put my face up against my car and find exactly the right angle to see them.I don't know how this will work on a deeper scratch. I would imagine at the very least, it would help the appearance a little. It's definitely worth the money if you have smaller clear coat scratches that you can't get rid of.

Somehow, our Toyota Corolla 2007 got a noticeable scratch on the passenger's door, apparently from somebody opening their own door or something. It was several fine scratches and a few deep ones, all within a 6" by 4" area roughly. I got a quote to fix the scratch at a shop and they recommended buffing and was roughly almost $100 to fix and a day in the shop. I decided to buy this kit and give it a try, after all it was basically doing the same they recommended at the shop in the first place. It took me the price of the kit and probably 15 minutes (25 if you include reading the instructions. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, I didn't watch the video but followed the instructions to the letter).I used roughly 1 CC of each solution to fix it and we can't be more than impressed. If the scratch is deep and reaches metal level it won't eliminate it but it will reduce it. Otherwise, they will be gone. The kit recommends to use paint AND coat first on deep scratches and then use the kit, which is what we will do soon for the deep scratches but this product delivered as promised and was way cheaper and faster than taking it somewhere for resurface.
