Q: What is a frame front width?

If the Frame WIDTH - Across the front of the face, temple to temple - is truly 5.5 inches, I would not worry about the extra half-inch...It's spread out to both sides, of course...My experience is that TOO Many of these ready to wear glasses are a bit too narrow anyway. I doubt anyone would notice. Take Care!

Q: Will glass cleaner ruin the lenses?

Standard glass cleaner works great on these lenses. No issues whatsoever. I clean mine 2-3 times a week.

Q: Are those lenses of glass or plastic?

These glasses are plastic. In the description of this product under Features and Details, the second line says plastic lenses. I have been completely happy with these glasses and my purchase.

Q: I have ordered several pairs in the 1.0x strength, but they appear to only be in stock from 1.75x to 4.0x. Will you be getting more at the 1.0x?
