Enjoying each Night....
I purchased this item on May 16th and already the pump is broken...I contacted the company in July and they replaced it. Thank you and now this is November and have not had any problems. I enjoy using my Elite wine Aerator set which make each glass taste like the bottle was just opened.Thank You

Nice solution to opened bottles of wine and even better customer service
I love this company's customer service as much as the product. This is a great way to keep wine a little bit longer if you don't finish the bottle and the price was very good. When I got it, a couple of the stoppers wouldn't seal so I contacted the company and their customer service was excellent. They ended up sending me a whole new kit as they didn't have two stoppers available to send me as replacements. I love companies that stand behind their products and do right by their customers.

Poorly constructed.
Great idea, and a good combo. However, while the aerator worked as expected (not that much could go wrong with it), the wine preserver was poorly made, and broke after as few as five uses. It was a pretty big disappointment.
