12pc Fire Glass Cupping Jar Set

Bought this to try on a few of my athletes, they love it and has helped so much! The packaging was great, came in a huge styrofoam case with each glass snug in their own space and the whole box was easy to open, still use the styrofoam case to store them in. Arrived on time nothing wrong with it, my athletes have dropped a few and they are very durable and have yet to crack or break/shatter. Very great product thinking about ordering another set because it has become a popular treatment.

So far, so good! Product actually arrived earlier than the expected delivery date - and that's always a plus!Packaging: The cups arrived in a flat brown box. Inside was a heavy duty (and thick) molded styrofoam container. Each cup was securely placed it's own individual cubby. Absolutely no chance of them being damaged while in route.Cups: They are exactly as described. Nice heavy duty glass. As an Acupuncturist, I like to think I know a good quality cup. I will try them out for a few weeks, in my practice, and reevaluate IF there is a need. If they stand up like my other set, I will order a few more 😊

I received my cups and although I wasn't exactly overjoyed with the packing, they were individually wrapped and in packing peanuts. Two of the extra large cups had a weird veining/cracking that make me a little unsure if it was safe to use them. I emailed the vendor directly through Amazon and they were extremely quick to respond. All they asked for was a picture of the defect and within a total of two hours, I had new cups on the way to me. Granted, if it was a defect, it shouldn't have left the warehouse but the company was extra quick to make sure I was satisfied and had what I needed. All in all, it was an excellent transaction. I'd buy from them again.

Cupping jars made of thick glass and they don't stick to the skin because of how heavy they are. I decided to return because of free return was available but when I received return label it mentioned that they will charge $9.99 for return. Waisted money and time. Very disappointed.

Product looks good but it is too heavy. I have tried for many times and different areas of the body. It doesn't stay . Like the other person mentioned in the reviews.

I wish I would have realized how large the biggest cups are. Using the biggest cups for the first time I accidentally burned my husband because the reservoir for heat is so large, I didn't realize how hot it was inside. All the other sizes are perfect. Also, it would be nice if these came with a box to keep the cups in.Other than that, they were made well. The edges are nice and smooth and the glass is thick and sturdy. I would buy from this company again, but would definitely want the smaller cups

Great durable set. A piece was bumped hard and rolled from the table and fell onto a concrete floor. It bounced several times then rolled away, on examination not a chip on it. The fingertip indent let them be handled easily.

Great cups. I've dropped one or two from abkut 4 feet and they didn't break, so I feel they are durable. Unfortunately that didn't stop one from cracking at the lip when it fell from being used.Overall the order was fulfilled in time and I'm appu. I just need to get padding for the floor.
