I finally gave in and decided to try a probiotic. I needed one that did not have dairy. I researched this brand and decided to try it. It appears to be helping me. I was having issues with FODMAP type foods. Now, I don't. That was one of the first things I noticed. I feel comfortable in recommending you to try this product. The capsules are not too large and as a person with lots of allergies, including foods, I tolerated this just fine.

This product works really well in helping bring my gut health to a better level.. however.. I really wish the product wasn't this expensive

The ist 4 days it worked...i was happy that i found something that actually worked. Ive suffered from chronic constipation for years...i read the other reviews saying it helped them. Well it did at first..i was amazed. But after 4th day it didnt..i even tried taking a extra one like it suggested..nope didnt do anything..so i just purchased a different brand that had more pills any way cheaper and had great reviews also..so hopefully this one will work...so no i donot recommend this product

I was taking a pro biotic that I loved that was getting too expensive to keep up with. After reading great reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did!! It keeps my stomach bloat down just as well as the one that cost twice as much!I'm very pleased and will be keeping up every month with it

These are great for travel as they are shelf stable, no need for refrigeration.
